CD104 - Featured Stamper & Top 3!

Wow, we had some fabulous entries last week!  It was really hard picking a Featured Stamper & a Top 3 this week!!!  Great job to everyone!  I picked this card by Jen of I Create because I loved the way she used the colors and her layout is great!  Congratulations, Jen!
